Thermography Overview
Thermography is now the leading non-intrusive, non-invasive and non-destructive tool used in an ever widening range of areas. All objects above -273°C or 0 Kelvin (absolute zero) emit infra-red energy and we exploit this using our longwave IR imaging systems with a view to identifying previously unidentifiable faults which would often result in costly repercussions.
The areas in which we operate might be described as predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, problem diagnostics and research and development.
Electrical - HV/LV switchgear, UPS inspection under discharge and busbar inspection

MV incoming connections
HV Open switchyard connections
Loose breaker connections / faulty crimps
Loose UPS cell links
Faulty UPS cells under discharge
Badly torqued busbar connections
